How many of us have multiple copies of the Bible in our house? Can you imagine a whole church full of people having to share a single Bible? This is the case in many countries in Asia. Many churches have only one Bible to share amongst the whole congregation. How could a person really learn about Jesus and the amazing things that He has done for us without a Bible? Do you ever wish you could just give them one? Well, Gospel for Asia is able to provide them Bibles at $3 a piece. Yup, just 3 bucks gets someone in Asia a Bible. I would like to make a challenge to you to forego the slurpee or coffee this morning and instead buy a Bible for someone in Asia. My goal is to raise enough money to send 300 Bibles to Asia in a week. Can anyone help me meet or exceed this goal? Millions in developing nations do not have a Bible. They lack more than a book—they lack a treasure that is filled with wisdom, encouragement and glimpses of the heart of their Creator. They are unable to search Scripture for themselves, and they have no way of sharing His Word with others.
