This is Destiny. And this is her story.
Destiny was a peculiar blossom in a field of flowers. The Lord created her to be energetic, yet gentle spirited. She was a friend to the friendless, strength when others were weak, and joyful in spirit even in her trying or troubling days. She was selfless, putting others before herself. She would gladly go an extra mile for someone, even two, without grumbling. She was the type of friends anyone was so blessed to have!
On June 8th, 2014, one day before she had planned to take the step of obedience in baptism, the Lord Jesus had greater plans and took her to be with Himself. This is why He redeemed her. Now, Destiny has truly started to live.
Because of Christ, this story brings peace to the sorrowful spirit. Yet millions around the world do not have this story. Millions wait to hear of hope and love of Jesus Christ, the Glorious Good News! Thousands of people die daily without hearing of the greatest love story ever told!
I want to start a campaign in memory of Destiny, for the glory of God, and the rescuing of souls in Asia. As Destiny had a real heart for the helpless and suffering, I cannot think of a better way than to use her passion to continue to ignite hearts for unreached!
You ask, why barnyard bundles. Good question. Growing up on an acreage, Destiny really enjoyed animals. One week before she passed, she strangely sold all her animals. Confused, her mother asked her why this was, and she replied, “I just have to.” With that, I found it fitting to raise funds for animals that will go to souls that need them. These gifts not only become a source of living, but is also an opportunity to share the ultimate Gift-Jesus!

About Barnyard Bundles
Each animal in the Barnyard Bundle provides a vital source of income for an impoverished family, and demonstrates the love of Christ in a tangible way. The bundle includes six chickens, two goats, one cow, and four pigs. The milk, meat, and eggs given by these animals provide nourishment and a means of livelihood for a family.
For every $868 donated, GFA can give the twelve animals in the Barnyard Bundle to families in need.
