Both my children are grown and off to college now. What next? Where can the focus and energy go? Well, I want to try and remember those children who are forgotten, those who have not had the love of two parents or the great gifts and blessings we have had in our lives. I asked my husband, "what now?". I have a good job, but I can't always be away or donate a lot of time, and I want to do something that makes a real difference for someone. I have a heart for kids - and I may not be able to reach them myself, but I think I can send emissaries to bring hope and joy and change where I myself cannot go. I am looking for those who want to help me help the lost children. I have chosen to individually sponsor children as well, but want to do more. There is always so much more that can be done! Please consider adding to this campaign so that together we might reach out across the globe and make even one child's life better. Any amount will be appreciated - thank you for your time and consideration. One person can make a difference, together we can change lives.
Street Children
Give a safe haven for vulnerable children
Many cities in developing nations are rife with children who live alone on the streets. These children are vulnerable to kidnappers who sell them into bonded labor and the sex trade. Those who avoid kidnappers fall into gangs, drugs, and alcoholism. They know only distrust and pain; every day is a struggle to survive.
Your donation supports GFA's ministry to street children. Street children homes provide the children with shelter, education, and food, as well as a message of Christ’s love.
