I'm 7 years old. I'm trying to raise money to help the street children in Asia by getting pledges for reading Bible verses.
My goal is to read the whole New Testament, which is 7957 verses, before Christmas.
Would you please pledge to sponsor me per verse, or give a donation for the street children? These children need to be taken care of!
10/30/12--Today, I read all 28 chapters of Matthew!!!
10/31/12--Today, I finished Mark, and I have read 15 chapters of Luke!
11/1/12--today, I finished Luke and John!
11/2/12--I'm halfway through the book of Acts. :-)
11/3/12--Today I finished Acts and am halfway through Romans.
11/4/12--Today I finished Romans and am one chapter into 1 Corinthians
11/5/12--I am five chapters into 1 Corinthians
11/6/12--I am finished with 1 Corinthians
11/7/12--I am 10 chapters into 2 Corinthians
11/8/12--I finished through 1 Timothy.
11/26/12--I finished the whole bible!!!
Street Children
Give a safe haven for vulnerable children
Many cities in developing nations are rife with children who live alone on the streets. These children are vulnerable to kidnappers who sell them into bonded labor and the sex trade. Those who avoid kidnappers fall into gangs, drugs, and alcoholism. They know only distrust and pain; every day is a struggle to survive.
Your donation supports GFA's ministry to street children. Street children homes provide the children with shelter, education, and food, as well as a message of Christ’s love.
