This year I celebrated a milestone birthday and I find myself in the middle of a mid-life crisis, but not the one you might think. The realization that millions of people have never heard the name of Jesus Christ is indeed a crisis.....an emergency. Buying bicycles for missionaries allows them to spread the gospel more effectively and reach more people. Since I just turned 40, raising enough money to buy 40 bikes is my goal. Can you imagine doing things without wheels? Consider how many wheels God has blessed you with --- bicycle wheels, scooters, luggage, skateboards, strollers, lawnmowers, and of course, your car (spare tires count too!). Would you say that each of these wheels is worth a $1 to you? Please prayerfully consider giving a $1 for each wheel you have. This is a fun way to include the whole family. I can't think of a better way to express our gratitude for the conveniences God has given us than to share them with a fellow believer. Oh, and for you with kiddos, pray and see if God wants you to include your hot wheels collection!

About Bicycles
Help Missionaries Go Farther, Faster
Many GFA missionaries spend arduous hours walking from one village to another. With a heavy-duty bicycle, a missionary can carry loads of Bibles, or even colleagues, over rough roads and rugged terrain to minister to people in need.
Every $110 you give provides a heavy-duty bicycle to a local missionary and makes them more productive, so they can double or triple the number of people they minister to for the sake of God’s kingdom.
Bicycles are given to GFA missionaries. Bicycles are also given through gift distribution programs to help the poor earn a better living or get to school from far distances. Through these gifts, people experience Christ’s love.
