My mother, Rose Smith Creech, was a beautiful seamstress. She hand-made my wedding dress and many of our family's clothing.
My mother-in-law, Lynn Hennessee, is also a fantastic seamstress and designs her own wearable art!
I would like to honor these two women in my life by giving sewing machines to women in Asia, while sharing the Good News of Jesus with them and their communities.
Pictured is a little friend of mine from Burma, who now lives in the U.S.
We are stitched together through the love of Christ.

About sewing machines
Many poor families in developing nations don’t make enough money to provide for their daily needs. Sewing machines offer those with no education the opportunity to make enough income to feed the family and to send their children to school.
Your donation will enable GFA World to provide sewing machines to families in need. Every $100 is enough for one sewing machine. Training classes are also given, so each sewing machine can be put to good use.
