10 outdoor toilets. $160 each. My heart breaks for the poor when we are the ones so blessed in this country. Join me in changing the world one small sacrifice at a time.With each gift the love of Jesus is shared. Jesus loves a cheerful giver and He also says "assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to me." Matthew 25:40. I am doing this campaign for Christ alone and you can give to Him by giving to those in South Asia who desperately need to know the love of Jesus. I urge you to consider your giving capabilities and the reason why God's grace allowed you and I to be born in this wealthy country which is also so rich with His word and there are a few billion people who still need to hear the Gospel for the first time. Please see any size of gift as unto the Lord and the furtherance of the Good News, Jesus Himself. One toilet is $160, if you can give that that's great, if only 5 or 10 dollars that too is great. What will matter is how the size of your heart and God will honour that. Give in Jesus Name and pray for the recipient to come to know the savings knowledge of our Lord Jesus by who's Name is the only Name whereby men can find salvation and forgiveness of their sins. About Outdoor Toilets
2.6 billion people don't have access to even a basic toilet. This leads to bad public sanitation and increases the risk of diarrhea, cholera, typhoid, trachoma and parasitic worms. Further, many people refrain from drinking liquids and suffer from dehydration to avoid the difficulty of going to the bathroom.
For every $160 raised, GFA can build an outdoor toilet that provides a safe, clean, and free way for men, women, and children to use the restroom.
- Families are given a sanitary place to use the restroom, which leads to better sanitation and public health.
- Women are freed from gender-discrimination and sexual abuse while using the restroom.
- Children have a safe place to use the bathroom and avoid diseases like diarrhea—the second biggest killer of children under 5.
