Do you have tons of nice children's clothing that you don't know what to do with? Yard sales are hardly worth the effort and thrift stores sell your stuff to make a profit. What if there was a way you could turn your unwanted clothes into something to help those who have nothing, not even clean water. Gospel for Asia has opened up the door for that to happen. They will go in and drill a well to provide a village with clean water and they will point them to an Eternal Hope, our Great Salvation, Jesus Christ.
The True Living Water.
If you are interested,
here is what we can do...
You stuff all your children's unwanted clothing in a bag and get it to me.
I will do the hard part: washing, sorting, pricing, tagging, and I will consign the clothing at the Hugs and Kisses Consignment Sale. 100% of the money made from consigning will be put toward providing a community with a Jesus Well. In the event that the clothing is the wrong season, I will hold it until the appropriate sale.
Because the Hugs and Kisses consignment sale is picky, I have to be picky too. They don't want clothing that is stained or falling apart. They also have other stipulations(i.e. not stinky, no pet hair, etc...), but I should be able to take care of those. So pretty much anything that is in good condition is acceptable. Age/style does not matter... I price to sell. :)
I plan to participate in 3 different sales for children's clothing this year(Spring, Fall, and Christmas/Holiday).
Any children's clothing that does not sell will be donated to their charity of choice. If I have the option, your unsold clothing will be donated to the Crisis Pregnancy Center of Fayetteville. If not, they are involved with several community outreaches in the area and will donate accordingly.
The Hugs and Kisses Consignment Spring Sale is open to the public March 4-6. The deadline for me to enter the items is on Tuesday, February 24, so I would need you to get me your items on or by the previous Saturday, February 21.
If the Lord puts it on your heart to donate, then do so joyfully! Call or text at (615) 406-2340 to set up a drop off time.
Thank you for taking the time to read!
