Goal: Raise $110 for Bicycles in Asia

Message from Small town sask - johnsons

As active living Christians we need to teach our children right from wrong, love and compassion, the importance of giving to those in need, diligent prayer with action, and a plan to carry this out.

Its really very simple and may start out slowly, but as it catches on your children see the importance and learn how to be a cheerful giver and know at their young age they can make a difference through Jesus. And so it starts with a pop can collected here or there, a missed outing or restaurant, garage sales of stuff you don't need anymore, missing a Timmys/Keureg coffee or 2, gardening a little extra. With a little(really)effort you will see your brothers and sisters make that further journey down a long hard uncertain road and reach those unreached.

Thank you Lord for opening my eyes and softening my heart for something that actually fully matters.

About Bicycles

Help Missionaries Go Farther, Faster

Many Gospel for Asia-supported missionaries spend arduous hours walking from one village to another. With a bicycle, a missionary can visit two to three times as many communities in a day. A heavy-duty Asian-made bicycle is a wonderful blessing and only costs $110 each.

Bicycles are also given through the gift distribution program to help impoverished people earn a better living or get to work or school from far distances. Through the gifts, recipients experience Christ’s love.

About Gospel for Asia

Since 1979, GFA has existed to fulfill one passion: seeing communities in Asia discover the same joy, hope and lasting peace we’ve found in Christ.

We serve to equip missionaries to minister throughout Asia. The projects funded through myGFA each play a significant part in helping missionaries serve more effectively and in transforming communities with the love of Christ.
