We've all heard about it, we all sigh and say, "That's horrible" when we see pictures of children dying of thirst. But then we just go back to our business, forgetting about the whole thing without doing anything about it. Meanwhile, hundreds of people are dying every day from lack of water and the diseases that dirty drinking water causes. The water crisis is truly horrible, with effects that are not just physical, but also social and economic. More than 500,000 children die each year from diarrheal diseases alone, women and children are forced to spend innumerable amounts of time collecting dirty water, and the economy is hurt from both reduced productivity and the amount of deaths caused by a lack of clean water. Needless to say, it is a very serious problem in our society.

Therefore, I plan to raise money to help build wells in Asia for people without clean water, in order to help to solve this problem. My goal is to raise at least 175 dollars in the next four weeks, which I believe is reasonable if people with a heart for change also have the means. If you help to solve this water crisis, rest assured that all of the money you donate goes to providing people in need with fresh, clean water. Water doesn't only save lives, it changes them: forever. And it saves and changes people's souls as well, helping bring more people to Jesus and teaching them about the true Living Water. You will be making a huge difference in the lives of many, and both I and they will be extremely grateful.
