There are so many avenues to help and so many people WANT to help. But how do you know your contribution is actually going to do what you're told it's going for? I've done a lot of research. I've been donating through this organization for over a year now - and watching their track record, reading their books... If you truly want to help kids that aren't cared for - that are vulnerable to countless atrocities because of the caste they were born into - born considered worthless - then this is a perfect outlet. It breaks my heart to mentally put myself into these kids' shoes. I'm not doing this to make anyone feel bad or feel obligated...just letting you know of an opportunity to be a part of something bigger than yourself and bring love and life to kids that don't know there are people in the world that would just love to hug them and feed them and make sure they have a warm bath before bed... No strings attached and I'll love you whether you contribute or not ;)
Street Children
Give a safe haven for vulnerable children
Many cities in developing nations are rife with children who live alone on the streets. These children are vulnerable to kidnappers who sell them into bonded labor and the sex trade. Those who avoid kidnappers fall into gangs, drugs, and alcoholism. They know only distrust and pain; every day is a struggle to survive.
Your donation supports GFA's ministry to street children. Street children homes provide the children with shelter, education, and food, as well as a message of Christ’s love.
