How many books do you have in your bookshelf? I have quite a few and also some nice Christian dvds. So it is not easy to imagine a Christian family or even a pastor without a single Bible. It is our priviledge and duty to be helping others to grow in their faith and get to read the Book. One Bible costs 3 dollars (2.3 euros), the aim in this campaign is to get 30 Bibles to sisters and brothers in Asia and with time I am sure we will make it. (See 2 Cor 8:12-14)

Montako kirjaa sulla on kirjahyllyssäsi? Mulla on useampia kirjoja ja kristillisiä elokuvia. Siksi ei ole helppoa ajatella että jollakin uskovalla perheellä tai jopa pastorilla ei ole edes omaa Raamattua.
Tämän kamppanjan tavoitteena on tukea Aasian kristittyjä kolmellakymmenellä Raamatulla. Raamattu maksaa 3 dollaria eli noin 2,3 euroa. Jos ajatellaan etta ostat yhden kirjan Suomessa keskimäärin 23 eurolla, voit samalla rahalla antaa kymmenen Raamattua Aasiassa. Raamattu sanoo, että on autuaampi antaa kuin ottaa. Se myos kehottaa meitä auttamaan köyhempiä seurakuntia: "...tulkoon tätä nykyä teidän yltäkylläisyytenne heidän puutteensa hyväksi, että heidänkin yltäkylläisyytensä tulisi teidän puutteenne hyväksi, niin että syntyisi tasaus" Ja sen voi tehdä omien varojen mukaan: "Sillä jos on alttiutta, niin se on otollinen sen mukaan, kuin on varoja, eikä sen mukaan, kuin niitä ei ole." (2 Kor 8:12-14) Yksikin Raamattu voi jo muuttaa jonkun elämää, mietipä omalle kohdalle.
