Our family learned about Jesus Wells through GFA. We were impressed with how much impact these wells have on a village. Having clean water frees up the peoples' time to work & lead productive lives. It enables them to bathe and be clean. Placing a Jesus Well in a village often helps stop persecution of Christians & brings new believers to Christ. The 2 minute video below explains a little more.
Our family and friends have been so blessed to be part of this! Gospel for Asia has sent us pictures & a letter about one of the wells we raised money for. The congregation had been praying for clean water. What a blessing to know that we can take part in this kingdom work with an eternal impact.

About Jesus Wells

Jesus Wells increase the health standards of a village, allowing for children to be nourished and animals to be watered. The wells you provide are located in the village or community, so women and children no longer have to walk hours to find water.
With one well you can save an entire village from waterborne illnesses.
Unlike the dirty water from stagnant ponds, streams or old shallow wells, this water is clean and creates an awareness of good hygiene, leading to fewer medical problems and healthier people.
